R.W. LaPine Inc. was the mechanical contractor for the renovation of the Lawrence Chapin Building and for the new construction of North Tower. This was a design build project and R.W. LaPine Inc. teamed up with Architect/Engineer Kingscott Associates for this mechanical design.
